Live Drive Fitness Inc. is a unique, fun and dynamic fitness studio offering a variety of competitively priced, high quality exercise programs and lifestyle options. We strive to help each member, regardless of ability, achieve their personal fitness and wellness goals. Personal Training

1 on 1 Individual personal training is specifically designed to help you establish and achieve your fitness goals efficiently. Includes free fitness assessment, Life coaching, and meal option $75.00 per session or choose one of the following packages: 10% off 5 sessions for $337.00 = ( $67.50 / session), 13% off 10 sessions for $650.00 ( $65.00 / session), 20% off 20 sessions for $1200.00 ($60.00 / session) Yes that is right save $300.00. All personal training sessions are 1 hour

Muscle Development

This class is designed to build muscle strength, size and endurance by targeting specific muscle groups at every class. Open to all ability levels and tailored to participants specific goals.


We recognize that working out in a group is more fun and motivating than going at it alone. These classes will give you a full body, functional workout to develop muscle and core strength, flexibility, endurance and cardio.


Can't fit in a full class but you have time for a quickie at lunch? This intense half hour class will energize you for the rest of the day. Say goodbye to the afternoon slump!

Cardio Kickbox

This fun but intense kickboxing inspired workout will get your heart pumping! The class allows participants to develop new skills, increase endurance, cardio capacity, agility and overall strength.


Discover new territories

Each Antigym® class is an opportunity to discover, rediscover or awaken new parts of your body. Initially some of the muscles that you are trying to engage seem so foreign that you have no idea how to reach them! Little by little, a new connection develops between these muscles and your brain and you can explore new possibilities of movement. Class by class, you learn to rid yourself of the contractions, stiffness, and muscle and joint pain that exhaust you, shrink you, and restrict your freedom. Your movements and your breathing regain their natural volume. Antigym® is practiced in small groups in a silent, bright and comfortable room.

Functional Training

This class allows participants of all ages to train muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks. Exercises simulate common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports. Movements draw on upper and lower body muscles while always engaging core stability. Whether you have been injured and want to strengthen particular muscles or whether you want to increase general mobility, this class may be a great place to start.

Kids Bootcamp

This special bootcamp allows kids from 4 to 12 the chance to get active and fit, while having fun and developing fundaments skills like running, jumping, pushing, pulling, crawling. We create new bootcamps ever week and adapt the difficulty level for different ages.

Introduction to Parkour

Parkour allows youth from 12 and up to challenge themselves and develop strength, agility and coordination while learning proper technique to perform skills safely. Skills can include jumps from and to different platforms and at different elevations, walking on narrow bars, rolls and simple flips.
